Since our foundation in 2002, Vision XRAY Group has grown from one Sydney CBD practice to become an independent radiology group covering nine convenient locations.

Comprehensive local radiology services

Vision XRAY Group offers comprehensive services in each local practice, including general x-ray, fluoroscopy, multi-slice CT scan, ultrasound, MRI scan, nuclear medicine, dental x-ray and cone beam CT, mammography and bone densitometry.

Taking radiology beyond diagnosis

Our medical imaging services include an extensive range of interventional procedures such as pain injections and foreign body removals.

Australian Breast Centre

Our Australian Breast Centre service is a unique radiology offering, providing a caring and convenient one-stop service for people who need investigation of breast symptoms.

Low radiation dosage commitment

Vision XRAY Group’s ethos is to deliver the highest quality images with the lowest radiation dose possible.

We do this by investing in state-of-the-art, specifically low-dose digital x-ray and CT scan equipment. The accredited, highly skilled technicians and doctors who perform the tests are experts in our equipment.

All Vision XRAY Group locations meet the practice accreditation standards of the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme.

Our modern digital network

Since its inception, Vision XRAY Group has operated a modern digital network. This network offers computed radiography, digital radiography and an online imaging archiving system (RIS/PACS) that distributes images and reports to our referrers via our highly experienced doctors.

Australia’s first dedicated teleradiology service

In 2001, Vision XRAY Group launched Remote Radiology Reporting Australia (RRRA). This pivotal service offers expedited turnaround radiology reporting for regional and remote referrers, empowering them to enhance patient care and quality of life through rapid diagnosis. RRRA services use a complete RIS/PACS solution for referrers, enabling:

detailed medical imaging reports for the imaging undertaken by the client
electronic billing – RRRA takes care of claiming private rebates and bulk-billed studies to Medicare
various methods of immediate report delivery to suit referrers
image viewing portal available to referrers
prompt report turnaround times
archiving of images and reports.
